Prepare Before Delivery
- Remove obstacles from the material placement area
- Plan for dump truck entry on a clear 12-foot-wide route, without branches or wires hanging low.
- Identify the dump spot using a cone, flag, or another visible marker
- Being home is not required. Leave access open and provide placement directions.
- Keep your phone available in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver may call or send a text
- Material is unloaded in a pile at the marked location
- The usual dump point is the driveway or accessible ground beside it
- The delivery itself generally takes about 10-15 minutes

Hawaii Rock Supply coordinates deliveries throughout Hawaii with aggregate suppliers in the area. Delivery may be available for projects in larger communities as well as rural locations.

Delivery Questions
Must I be home when materials arrive?
No. Provide clear entry and instructions for the unloading spot, and the driver will dump the material where indicated.
What order size is available?
Order quantities ranging from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or let us know the amount needed so the load can be prepared.
Can material be dumped in a backyard?
A clear, level unloading area is required for a dump truck. A backyard can be used if the truck has access; if not, delivery is normally placed in the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if I order too much or not enough?
Use the calculator to estimate the quantity for your project. If additional material is needed, place a new order. Review the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Deliveries are currently available only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Select the date you prefer during checkout.
What delivery confirmation is provided?
An email confirming your order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact details.
What if the truck cannot reach my property?
A dump truck needs a clear route at least 12-foot wide, without low branches or overhead wires. If it cannot enter the site, the material will be unloaded at the nearest safe location. Reach out before ordering if site access is a concern.
